Postage
- Postage is based on the costs of Royal Mail
Dispatch
- All items are carefully packaged.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after payment is received (except for those products which are made to order). Please note, orders placed at the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
- Packages are sent by royal mail post.
Import Duty
- If your delivery is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. You must meet any of these additional charges,
Returns - Damaged items
- If any of your items are received damaged or not as you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered to return your goods for a replacement or full refund including your return postage costs.
Returns - Unwanted items
- We really hope you love your purchase, but if you decide you don't want to keep the items you ordered, they may be returned to us.
- Provided they are in the same condition as when they were sent to you we will be happy to offer you a full refund, excluding postage.
- Goods may be returned within 14 days of receiving them along with the original packaging and contact details to the following address: Moorwishes,14 Market Street, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 0DB
- Your refund payment will be credited through paypal within 14 days of us receiving your unwanted items.
- Please note that you will need to cover the costs of postage for sending the items back to us.
